• Do you charge a fee per hour?
  No. We offer a flat rate fee service, if the repair takes us 1 hour or 10 hours, you will pay no extra fee. Companies that charge £40+ an hour overwhelm their customers with their expensive hourly rates. We prefer to work on a one to one basis with customers and supply the best service available.
• Do you sell parts? Will you supply them for my repair?
  Unfortunately we do not sell parts for computers, however if your repair job needs a specific part then we can supply and fit that part at a great price.
