Call out service across Kent. We will come to you to fix your computer. Most of our services can be performed on-site in the comfort of your home. There is no fee per hour and we offer a free call out within 15 miles of Canterbury, including to addresses on the University of Kent campus (including Medway).

Remote Support
We can offer remote assistance servicing to your computer. This involves downloading a piece of software from our website. Then we can view your computer screen and fix any problems while you watch. Remote support can be offered as part of a maintenance contract or as a one off.
